Given the current economic climate and the impact that it has had on real estate valuations and inventory, we believe that by employing a combination of thorough acquisition due diligence and tenacious execution, we will be able to capitalize on current market dynamics.
Current acquisition targets:
Single- and multi-family residential that will be renovated and either refinanced or sold - 1 to 2 year life cycle
Under-utilized / under-leased or vacant office and retail space to be renovated and leased - 1 to 3 year life cycle
Income producing assets including office, multi-family, and retail - 2 to 5 year life cycle
Development land that needs to be rezoned or entitled to its highest and best use - 2 to 7 year life cycle

Buyer and Seller representation (licensed salesperson in VA and PA - DC and MD pending)
Acquisition target identification and analysis
Sale / Offering Memorandum preparation and marketing
Experience in residential, commercial, and land transactions
Excellence in valuation analysis, development potential, and project feasibility studies
