Imran Shah, founder and president of the company has 10 years of experience in Investment Banking and Real Estate Development, having worked on over 50 transactions valued at over $1 billion.  Collectively, these transactions represent over 19,000 residential units and over 14 million square feet of commercial space, mainly in urban, infill locations.
